Licensed to practice in Florida, New York, and the Federal Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, Mr. Gallagher has exclusively worked as a criminal defense attorney, defending over a thousand persons charged with crimes and never for the prosecution in any capacity. Mr. Gallagher has handled a wide range of criminal cases, from simple juvenile offenses, to more serious charges, including Capital Murder, Capital Sexual Battery, Kidnapping, Armed Robbery, and Arson.
A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law (consistently ranked among the top law schools in the country), Mr. Gallagher focused his studies on issues related to criminal defense and the rights of citizens when dealing with the government.
